DESCRIPTION
Job Description
1. Processing of Car Repair Billing
Data entry of car repair billing from faxed records.
Processing of electronic transfer of car repair billing.
Processing of miscellaneous billing i.e. parts and services.

2. Billing Exception Investigation
Investigate Billing Exception claims to prepare CBA's or corrections.
3. Umler Car Mark Audits
4. Umler Air Brake Test Date Audits
5. Other
Assist Billing Dept. in all required activities to insure accuracy and timeliness of reports and invoices
Job Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 Years, Hands-On, Car Repair Experience
2. Minimum of 1 Year, Skill Level Classification as Class A Mechanic.
3. Knowledgeable in proper use of AAR Field and Office Manuals (Test Required)
4. Minimum High School Graduate
5. Computer Experience/Knowledge a Must.
6. Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Outlook a Plus.
7. Good Communicator Via Phone, Email and Writing.

Schedule:
8 hours per day/40 hours per week/Monday through Friday or more.
Work Environment:
Work area is an indoor office atmosphere, shared with other employees, with long periods sitting at a desk.

Looking for an individual with; outgoing, energetic personality; positive attitude, and welcomes change. Must have dependable transportation, and be punctual and detail oriented. Quality and accuracy a must and individual must be customer oriented with good people skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
