Job Description:
Mad Hatter Auto Repair is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars and customer service, and are looking to start a career in the automotive industry.
No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
Qualifications:
No previous experience required however customer service experience is a plus! Strong communication skills Organizational skills and ability to multitask Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a team player mentality.
