Receptionist Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors and providing administrative support to facility personnel. The Weekend Receptionist position is versatile and often includes a multitude of support duties including, but not limited to, supporting business office functions, assisting with filing, and providing support for recruiting functions.

Receptionist Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office:
    Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
