Edwards MotorSports in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team! The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising the sales team to include training and improving overall sales results.
Responsibilities:
Meets monthly sales & CSI goals for the dealershipDevelop, trains, and supervises the sales team to ensure excellent resultsAssists sales team with completing and processing salesWorks with customers to ensure customer satisfactionOversees department inventoryAttend required company and manufacturer trainingRequirements:
Previous Motorsports or Automotive Sales management is preferredPrevious Motorsports/Automotive Sales experience is required.
Excellent communication skillsMust be organized and detailedTime efficiency is a mustReliable work history
