JOB DESCRIPTION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function.
Responsible for the administration of all plant objectives including financial, safety, associate development, quality, and customer service.
Direct and/or provide a broad range of activities including customer service, assistance with personnel records, timesheets, and maintenance of data records for production and inventory and maintenance and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
Provide and direct administrative support which may include typing, data entry, record filing, reporting, and answering phone calls.
Provide and direct customer service functions for orders including processing orders and responds to inquiries.
Assist with plant personal records, workers compensation records, accident, and OSHA logs if necessary.
Responsible for the maintenance of Customer, Vendor, Purchase Order / Receipts at the Plant level.
Process logs and purchase orders, maintain and reconcile accounts payable, and customer debits and credits.
Maintain and generates inventory goods receipts, physical inventory documents and reports.
Provide and direct the preparation of shipping documents necessary to legally ship products.
File and track freight rates, fuel taxes, insurance certificates.
May also perform dispatching duties such as contacting carriers to pick up and deliver products, contact customers to arrange delivery appointments, prepare daily shipping logs, and respond to inquiries.
Administrator for Quality Processes, SDS and Standard Operation Procedures.
IT and application support at Plant Level, while ensuring confidentiality of data.
Lead team members in a manner that enables growth and success through feedback, training, and encouragement.
Establish performance expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and performance reviews to ensure that team members understand how their job duties support the company's mission and have the right tools/resources to do their jobs well.
Assists other supervisors and/or Plant Manager in the overall operation of the facility; performs special projects as requested.
Collaborate with Human Resources on complaints and performance concerns and implement disciplinary action, up to and including termination, as needed and in compliance with company procedures.
Work with human resources department to manage hiring process for direct reports; interview and select candidates for hire in compliance with company processes.
Respond to associates' questions/concerns in a courteous, pleasant manner.
Maintain an open and candid working relationship with immediate supervisor/manager in discussing matters of importance.
Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS The individual may be asked to perform other duties as requested.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES An individual qualified for this job must be able to:
Demonstrate excellent PC (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook), calculator and computerized integrated payroll system skills.
Perform duties with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience in accounts payable, receivable and payroll Working knowledge of all facets of customer service, purchasing, distribution, and inventory Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of internal or external customers.
Write professional reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to efficiently multi-task, problem solve in a fast-paced environment and direct others to achieve their required goals.
Effectively and professionally communicate with co-workers, team members, and internal or external customers.
Present information clearly and accurately.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
