Our facility is a licensed center of excellence that utilizes The Advanced Arthritis Relief Protocol(TM) which is a non-surgical alternative for those suffering from chronic knee pain associated with Osteoarthritis.
Clinical Duties Prepping exam rooms for clinical procedures and assisting physician during outpatient procedures and other physical exams.
Recording patient vital signs, monitoring, and documenting patient symptoms for physician review during clinical examination.
Documenting physician notes Providing compassionate patient support and care, attention, and assistance during office visits Administrative Duties Stocking medical supplies Managing office phone systems, including taking and returning patient calls, scheduling patient appointments, and maintaining communication to confirm future appointments.
Interacting with other offices for patient referrals Working with billing department on prior authorizations services Documenting patient medical information, including medical history and health insurance information.
Performing data entry tasks to document patient records within facility databases and maintaining patient files.
Requirements High school education or equivalent and be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail Proficient in administrative tasks Basic understanding of clinical tasks Compensation and
