Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Upland Property Advisors.
As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat) Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our products and services Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
