Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service representative to join our growing dealership's service department.
You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential service leads, booking appointments for the service department, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.
Previous call center experience is highly preferred! Schedule:
M-F 8am-5pm and a rotating Saturday Compensation:
Starting at $19.

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries Logging customer details and comments in our system Scheduling appointments and following up with any no show customers Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products Adhering to all company policies and procedures Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership
Qualifications:
Previous call center experience.
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail Professional appearance and strong work ethic Must have at least a high school diploma/GED Demonstrated superior customer service skills

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
