The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about our services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to think quickly and accurately in order to provide the best customer service possible.
Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are preferred but not required.
